The image is that of one of the Princess Kaguyahime.
Although the story of Princess Kaguyahime is a single story, I drew various Princess Kaguyahime as if many Princess Kaguyahime had occurred over time.
Using styrofoam, I made a foundation, wrapped it with kimono, layered the base material, made a support, and then collaged pressed flowers (used around the hair and chest ornaments) in a medium to wrap them.
Then, the support is coated with gesso to give it strength, and pigments are dripped on top of it to add color.
The image that emerged became the face of the girl.
The sides are made of kimono obi fabric.
The kimono is used as an image of the memory of life.
When drawing, I mainly used acrylic, pencil, pen, ink, and pastel powder, and after completion, I coated with a protective material.
