Virtual Artist Talk - Date to be announced
Email info@laisunkeane.com for expression of interest.
We will open a new exhibition featuring new works by ceramic artists Raina Lee and Anna Danyang Song. Lee and Song created work in dialogue, focusing on the themes of nature in the cultural context of Chinese medicinal plants and scholar rocks. Heavily informed by each artist's background and cultural history, the works incorporate ancient ceramics techniques and modern technology to express their view points in vessel and sculptural forms.
Lee was born in Torrance, California of Taiwanese immigrant parents and she grew up helping out in her parents' pizzeria. She had recent sold out shows at Felix LA and NADA NYC.
Song was born in Shenyang, China and lives in New Jersey. She received her MFA from RISD and continues to explore the intersection of analog and digital through 3D clay printing.
LaiSun Keane is proud to have placed both artists' works in the permanent collection of the Harvard Art Museums.

LaiSun Keane is proud to present Nature/ Nurture featuring new works by ceramic artists Raina Lee and Anna Danyang Song, on view May 1 – June 14, 2026.
The exhibition will open with a reception on May 1 from 5pm to 8pm.
This presentation brings together work developed in dialogue between the two artists. Their focus is nature as understood through the cultural context of Chinese medicinal plants and scholar rocks. Drawing from their respective backgrounds and cultural histories, both artists use a combination of age old ceramic techniques and modern technology. The works include vessels and sculptural forms.
Raina Lee was born in Torrance, California to Taiwanese immigrant parents. Her recent exhibitions include sold-out presentations at Felix LA 2026 and NADA New York 2025. LaiSun Keane has previously presented her work in two group exhibitions and in solo booths at Future Fair New York 2025 and Untitled Miami 2025. Her practice centers on ceramic processes that connect personal history with material experimentation.
Anna Danyang Song was born in Shenyang, China and is based in New Jersey. She received her MFA from the Rhode Island School of Design. Her work explores the relationship between analog and digital processes, including the use of 3D clay printing within traditional ceramic practice. LaiSun Keane has worked with Song across three group exhibitions and a two-person booth at SWAB Barcelona 2024.
LaiSun Keane has placed works by both artists in the permanent collection of the Harvard Art Museums.
